Profile:
Frank has over 30 years of experience in the commercial banking industry. He assisted in the organization of Bank of Mecklenburg in 1989, a bank headquartered in Charlotte and serving individuals and small businesses, initially serving as its senior vice president and senior loan officer until that bank merged with Triangle Bank in 1997. In 1998, Frank joined Centura Bank (now RBC Centura Bank). From 1998 to 2006, he served as a senior credit officer of that bank. Frank joined Park Sterling Bank in February 2006.
