Eartha has 38 years of experience in the banking industry. She began her career as a Teller, with First National City Bank (Citibank), in New York. She continued in banking as a head teller, a note teller, a customer service representative, and a branch manager. In 1989, Eartha relocated to Charlotte, NC and has worked with several banks in the Charlotte area – First Charlotte Bank, (RBC Centura), SouthTrust Bank (Wachovia), and Park Meridian Bank (Regions Bank). Eartha served as branch manager at Park Meridian Bank’s Eastover office. After the acquisition by Regions Financial Corp in 2001, she continued as branch sales manager, until August 2006, when she joined Park Sterling Bank.
