Profile:
After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2002, Kevin began his career in the Real Estate Capital Markets group of Wachovia Securities in Charlotte, North Carolina. It was there Kevin underwent the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Analyst Training Program and later became part of a team specializing in mortgage underwriting and permanent market placement. Kevin performed in various capacities while in this role and was promoted to Associate. From there, Kevin joined Medalist Capital in Charlotte as an Assistant Vice President in Loan Production where he worked with a network of institutional and CMBS lenders and specialized in commercial mortgage origination and placement. He later was named Vice President in early 2007. Kevin was hired by Park Sterling in May, 2007 as Vice President and now serves the Company in various financing roles.
